1. Services

Louisiana Mobile Billboards LLC provides digital LED mobile billboard advertising, event advertising, promotional campaigns, Operation Drive By services, brand ambassador services, and related marketing solutions.

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Louisiana Mobile Billboards LLC.

2. Quotes, Reservations & Payments

Quotes are valid for the period specified in your proposal or invoice.

Campaign dates are not reserved until any required deposit or payment has been received.

Rush fees may apply for expedited bookings.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that all artwork, photographs, videos, logos, music, trademarks, and other content you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

You agree to indemnify and hold Louisiana Mobile Billboards LLC harmless from any claims resulting from materials you provide.

4. Campaign Performance

Campaign routes, schedules, and timing may be adjusted due to weather, traffic conditions, public safety concerns, road closures, mechanical issues, law enforcement activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we strive to maximize exposure, Louisiana Mobile Billboards LLC does not guarantee impressions, leads, sales, or specific business results.

5. SMS Communications

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in through one of our website forms or another approved consent method, you agree that Louisiana Mobile Billboards LLC may send text messages relating to:
